ERP Consultant - (Pre-Sales)
Are you experienced in ERP, CRM, or Accounting Systems and enjoy working with clients to design business solutions?
Achieve Without Borders (AWB) is hiring an ERP Consultant (Pre-Sales) to support our sales team by analyzing client requirements, designing ERP solutions, and delivering product demonstrations and ERP solutions proposals using Odoo.
And NO, this is not a sales role. You’ll be the consultant who understands the prospected client’s business and demonstrates how our ERP solution can solve their challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR)
- Design and recommend ERP solutions based on client needs
- Deliver system demonstrations to business owners, executives, and stakeholders
- Support proposal creation and define technical scope
- Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth project handover
- At least 2 years experience in ERP, CRM, or Accounting Systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Strong experience in work estimation and defining project scope
- Proven experience in ERP product presentations, system demonstrations, or solution proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- HMO coverage (starts on Day 30)

- Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Odoo certification support
