We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to support enterprise marketing analytics and reporting initiatives. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, integrating data sources, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Tableau, reporting automation, and customer marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and marketing performance insights
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau and Salesforce reporting tools
- Integrate multiple data sources into reporting environments
- Support campaign analytics, KPI tracking, and business reporting
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency
- Optimize dashboard performance and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for analytics requirements
- Support automation initiatives related to reporting and marketing operations
Qualifications
Required Skills- At least 2 years of experience
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
- Strong Tableau dashboard and visualization experience
- Experience in data integration and reporting automation
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPI reporting
- Experience working with large datasets and dashboard optimization
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure
- SQL or scripting experience
- API integration knowledge
- CRM analytics experience
- Experience in enterprise reporting environments
