Operations analyst

Job Description

• Analyze internal operations and project performance to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Translate and interpret data insights for both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Document and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Support cross-border project coordination by translating documents, reports, and communications as needed.
• Track project milestones and contribute to overall timeline and cost control.
• Contribute to budget tracking, forecasting, and cost analysis for operational planning.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at business growth, market expansion, and client delivery.
• Provide insights to leadership on operational risks and opportunities across markets.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) – required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multilingual and multicultural environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing business priorities.
