Director - Procurement & Supply Chain

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management
• With at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity
• Proven expertise in procurement frameworks, category management, supplier relationship management, and supply chain risk management
• Strong background in consulting, managed services, or shared services delivery, with hands-on experience leading large-scale procurement transformation programs
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with digital procurement and supply chain platforms, including Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Familiarity with ERP systems and emerging supply chain technologies (e.g., AI-driven procurement, automation, and advanced analytics)
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and advise C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of leading diverse and high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change and deliver measurable value

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for procurement and supply chain services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client business objectives
• Drive transformation initiatives to optimize procurement processes for efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and sustainability
• Promote innovation and digital adoption, leveraging tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Fusion to enhance procurement and supply chain performance
• Oversee delivery of procurement and supply chain services across categories, ensuring SLA compliance and high client satisfaction
• Partner with client executives to understand business priorities, design tailored solutions, and provide senior-level advisory support on strategy, risk management, and digital transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor in vendor management, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization
• Lead delivery teams across procurement operations, category management, supplier relationship management, and supply chain analytics
• Establish robust governance frameworks, reporting standards, and compliance monitoring systems
• Ensure continuous improvement and efficiency through automation, analytics, and best practices
• Mentor and lead procurement delivery managers and their teams, building a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in finance, legal, risk, IT, and operations to ensure integrated procurement solutions
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to drive business growth and value delivery
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, RFP responses, and proposal development for procurement and supply chain opportunities
• Represent the firm in industry forums, client workshops, and thought leadership initiatives, showcasing expertise in digital procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion) and supply chain transformation
• Identify market trends, new technologies, and growth opportunities to enhance the firm’s procurement and supply chain offerings
