Manage and operate scalable cloud-based SaaS platforms by ensuring high availability, tuning performance, and maintaining end-to-end system health
- Deliver core operational support and engineering expertise for complex, distributed application ecosystems
- Develop tools and automation to streamline the provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management of infrastructure and applications
- Drive a balance between innovation and stability by aligning development velocity with defined service level indicators and objectives (SLIs/SLOs)
- Extensive hands-on expertise with cloud architecture principles and deployment strategies across public cloud environments
- Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Ruby) with a strong foundation in object-oriented software design
- Experienced in infrastructure automation and provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform in conjunction with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud (OCI)
- Skilled in GitOps workflows, leveraging source control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) for versioned infrastructure management and continuous delivery
