LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Responsibilities:
> Responsible for the overall design and coordination of all landscape design projects.
> Prepare landscape plans, site plans, specifications, and land development, coordinating arrangements of existing and proposed land features and structures. Confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects on the overall program.
> Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs.
> Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage.
> Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
> Excellent verbal and written communications skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants.
> Provides directions to productions team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced.
> Provide administrative and technical support to design and production team.
> Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship.
