Recruitment Operations Specialist – Offers & Onboarding | Start ASAP

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute routine and moderately complex Offer Management tasks (e.g., offer tab completion, EID generation, pre-employment requirement collection, interim checks) depending on assignment.
- Manage daily work queues and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in candidate-facing and data-driven activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, audit standards, and documentation requirements to ensure audit readiness and process integrity.
- Conduct first-level validation of candidate and requisition data (e.g., salary, job codes, COI, compliance documents) to support downstream payroll/onboarding readiness.
- Monitor and update trackers, reports, and workflow tools to ensure correct movement and visibility of candidate progress.
- Coordinate with recruiters and relevant partner teams (e.g., CE/OM/BGV stakeholders) to support seamless progression through pre-hire milestones.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates (as applicable) to support pre-boarding requirements, timelines, and issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex cases, discrepancies, exceptions, and policy-driven risks to SG25 / Team Lead / Manager as defined in process guidelines.
- Support completion of required skill certifications and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned processes and systems (e.g., Taleo/ORC, HireRight, MyHR, internal trackers).
- Support knowledge sharing by contributing to accurate documentation, FAQs, and peer assistance as assigned.
- Working understanding of Talent Acquisition lifecycle support and shared services delivery.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and SLA adherence in a production-driven environment.
- Ability to solve routine problems independently and partner with a lead/manager on complex scenarios.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with professionalism in stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency with MS Office and web-based HR/Recruiting systems; exposure to recruiting technologies (e.g., Taleo/ORC, HireRight, PeopleSoft/HireVue/CRM tools).
- 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, shared services, BPO, or similar high-volume operations settings.
- Experience working with recruiting technologies (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, CRM tools).
- 1+ years of professional experience in a corporate office or field setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based HR/recruiting systems.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
