About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our team at Sert Technology Inc. in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative technology company.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field prospecting
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and financing options
- Conduct product presentations and consultations with residential or commercial clients
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, products, incentives, and competitors
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, real estate, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Related Field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of solar systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required
