Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining organized workflows, handling internal documentation, and assisting with data entry and communication tasks.
Qualifications:
Must be a High School or Senior High School graduate (with diploma or certificate)
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and rotating or extended shifts
Must be available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Deliver appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution within the set timeframe
Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through effective and engaging communication
Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate, complete, and reliable
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, process requests, and manage documentation
Adhere to established communication protocols, policies, and procedures
