Role Overview:

We’re looking for an SAP Application Security professional who enjoys owning client relationships, solving complex security challenges, and influencing security strategy—not just executing tasks.

What We Are Looking For (Core Experience):

• 2+ years of hands‑on SAP Security experience, with exposure to multiple SAP applications
• Experience supporting SAP Security across at least two SAP systems, handling a variety of access, risk, and security scenarios
• Strong capability in designing and building SAP Security roles, aligning access structures with business and compliance needs
• Hands‑on experience providing GRC and IDM administration support, including: GRC Admin Support, IDM Admin Support, Batch Monitoring
• Ability to generate and support SAP Security and compliance reports (e.g., SOX, EWA), ensuring regulatory and policy alignment
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end SAP Security initiatives, including: Security and GRC workshops, Testing and validation,Cutover preparation and hypercare support

• Exposure to SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BI/BW, HR, APO, CRM, PLM, HANA DB, and GRC 12
• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions, including IBP, BTP Cockpit, IAS/IAG, and Ariba
• Hands‑on involvement in SAP Security role build implementations
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades
• Exposure to SAP audit and compliance activities

• Own and steward client relationships, proactively engaging stakeholders to understand their business context and provide trusted guidance on SAP security solutions
• Align security initiatives with business goals, contributing to client strategy and long‑term security planning
• Lead and support advanced SAP Application Security initiatives, addressing complex security challenges and strengthening access and control frameworks
• Take ownership of major (Sev1) security incidents, driving timely resolution within SLAs and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Work independently on SAP authorization and security activities, while providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP Security capabilities, processes, and team standards
