Accounting manager (urgent! earning potential of 100k!)

The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring all financial and accounting operations within the accounting department flow smoothly.

They are responsible for overseeing the work of the accounting supervisors, reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy, and reconcile general ledger accounts.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for verifying and recording transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure all transactions are recorded.

This role requires experience in handling large amounts of numerical data, having strong leadership skill and knowledge in accounting principles and practices, and can demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Banking and Finance degree holder.
2. At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience and at least 5 years in a managerial role preferably in a retail company.
3. Preferably with CPA license.
4. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Excellent research, problem solving, and time management skills.
6. Results & deadline driven.
7. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
8. With advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
9. Experience with any ERP system for accounting operations.
10. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Strong management and leadership skills.
12. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule.

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
