  1. Reconcile and review monthly payroll registers
  2. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payroll records
  3. Document payroll policies, procedures, workflows, and control points
  4. Recommend and help implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  5. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
  6. Maintain organized payroll documentation, reports, and audit support files
  7. Support payroll-related audits, reporting, and compliance requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to document processes clearly and thoroughly
  • Experience in payroll processing, accounting, finance, HR operations, or process documentation
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, and payroll reports
  • Able to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and follow through on implementation
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
