We are seeking an Associate Solution Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications while supporting automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Build integrations with enterprise and third-party applications
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, APIs, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Support Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment activities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements
- Create technical and solution documentation
- Ensure security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development and architecture
- Strong experience with:
- PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI
- .NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL
- Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, xRM Framework, CRM SDK
- AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS
- Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and data migration
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and DevOps methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid setup with onsite reporting at least once a month
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time
