We're Hiring: Tier 3 Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Salary: ₱32,000/month + SIL + HMO
- Schedule: Full-Time | Shifting Schedules
Logix BPO is on the lookout for highly skilled and experienced Tier 3 Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team. This is a crucial role handling complex, high-level customer concerns that require critical thinking, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
If you're a seasoned CSR with at least 4 years of experience in the BPO industry and ready to level up, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated and complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide advanced support via phone, chat, or email.
- Collaborate with other departments (Tech, Billing, Operations) for issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all cases and interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes or systems.
- Mentor and guide junior CSRs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a Tier 3 or escalation role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Tech-savvy; experience using CRM tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
