What You'll Do- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer master data, delivery schedules, and ordering information
- Monitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery timelines
- Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Warehouse, Transport, and Customer Service teams
- Ensure product availability by monitoring inventory levels and supply constraints
- Support customer events, promotions, and special order requirements
- Optimize order and delivery execution through effective logistics planning
- Investigate and resolve delivery, billing, stock return, and customer concerns
- Maintain service level information and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or business related programs.
✔ At least 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent coordination and communication abilities
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP systems is an advantage
