What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as a Bids & Marketing Coordinator where you'll drive marketing efforts and coordinate bid documentation to help win new business. You'll bring creative ideas to life, keep stakeholders aligned, and contribute to impactful marketing and tender campaigns.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant marketing experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role with strong initiative and follow-through
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Familiar with tender and bid platforms such as Tenderlink, Ariba, Felix, and Procury
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to align insights with stakeholder needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination role
  • At least 2 years of hands-on design experience
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate key people, information, and documentation for bids, tenders, and marketing materials
  • Provide administration, training, and communication support across the branch network
  • Upskill stakeholders by sharing tools and resources for bid and marketing effectiveness
  • Develop promotional materials and support bid documentation and collateral
  • Assist with client onboarding by aligning contracts, pricing, and commercial commitments
  • Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Contracts, Payroll, Safety, Quality, IT, Sales, and Management
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all bid and marketing outputs
  • Complete client schedules and compile existing collateral for presentation and submission
  • Maintain living documents such as case studies and organizational charts in collaboration with Marketing
  • Coordinate stakeholder input, supporting documents, and deadlines to meet submission timelines
  • Inform operations of client expectations and tender obligations during onboarding
  • Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and similar platforms
  • Manage online presence and audience engagement using various social media tools
  • Support branch teams with marketing campaigns and local strategies
  • Conduct marketing research and consolidate findings to support strategic planning
  • Perform data entry, generate reports, and create supporting documents
  • Provide ad hoc support to Pre-Contracts teams such as Pricing, Commercial, or Marketing
