Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all MEPFS activities across project phases.
Review and evaluate MEPFS design plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and local code requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper system integration.
Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEFPS systems.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, estimates, and procurement plans related to MEPFS.
Assists in resolving design or construction issues related to MEPFS systems.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Registered).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEPFS engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software is a plus.
Strong understanding of local building codes and MEPFS standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be assigned and work full time on site in Cavite
