Piping Engineer

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with international codes and deliver efficient, high-quality designs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare piping layouts and perform 2D/3D modeling of piping systems, structures, and equipment using CADWorx, Revit, and S3D.
• Participate in technical meetings and piping 3D model reviews.
• Evaluate equipment and piping layouts to optimize installation.
• Prepare piping supports, MTO, layouts, and isometrics.
• Review and approve vendor drawings; prepare piping line lists and ensure P&ID compliance.
• Select special piping material components and prepare SP Item Lists.
• Perform calculations for pipe wall thickness, spectacle blinds, and other pressure-retaining components.
• Ensure strict quality control by checking your own work and reviewing calculations from other engineers.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and possess a valid PRC Professional License.
• 5–10 years of project experience in oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and advanced facilities.
• Proficiency in software tools: CADWorx, Revit, S3D, Navisworks, and strong skills in 2D/3D modeling and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of regulatory codes and standards: US and EU.
• Technical competency in piping layout preparation and 2D/3D modeling for piping systems, structures, and equipment.
• Commitment to quality control, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all deliverables.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
