About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at New Flavor House, Inc.''. As a Certified Public Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting for our thriving food production company.This is a full-time position based in Potrero Malabon City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and other accounting procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records
- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory financial reports
- Support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance within the organisation
- Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team, contributing to their professional development
- A recognised Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the food production or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical financial insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations
