Posted on 5 May 2026This role is responsible for monitoring and operating midrange platforms to ensure
system availability, service level commitments, and processing deadlines are
consistently met. The operator will perform proactive system monitoring, batch
processing, first-level diagnostics, and backup operations while supporting system
and database administrators. The position requires strong technical expertise across
cloud, virtualization, and UNIX environments, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, restore services rapidly, and document operational processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATION:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)
- 2–4 years of support experience in Azure or other cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Oracle)
- 2–4 years of VMware (5.5 or higher) experience
- 2–4 years of UNIX support and administration experience
- Previous retail industry experience (desired
