Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
Equivalent work experience may be considered
License or Certification
CPA is an advantage but not required

Work Experience:

At least one year of experience in a finance or accounting officer role within a manufacturing environment
Strong background in:
Inventory management
Cost accounting
Accounting principles and procedures
Regulatory compliance

Communication Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Training Requirements:

Must stay updated with the latest tax and accounting standards
