We are a high-touch concierge service that supports contractors with product sourcing, order coordination, vendor communication, and issue resolution. Our goal is to reduce time spent tracking down information and ensure a seamless procurement experience.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our team by owning follow-up communications with customers and vendors after ticket submission. This role ensures issues are resolved and value is captured and communicated.
Responsibilities- Follow up on our team's tickets to confirm resolution and capture final outcomes.
- Communicate with customers (contractors and suppliers) via email, phone, or text to provide status updates, request additional information, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sourcing and vendor teams to verify pricing and orders, confirm shipping timelines, or escalate issues.
- Track and document ticket outcomes, value delivered, and any customer feedback.
- Send follow-up surveys and ensure responses are tied to the correct ticket.
- Identify repeatable questions or requests to help improve the team's knowledge base and processes.
- Ensure timely closure of tickets with clear communication and proper handoff if further action is needed.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or order support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups at once.
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and collaborative work environments.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting others and problem-solving.
- Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, or a supplier/distributor role is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
