Job Description:
Supervisor of Second Account Department, in charge of the professional and specialization of Huawei Solution and service to clients, and management in accordance to the company’s strategy. In charge of customer relationships with SMC, Citicore, Firstgen, Globe STT, Converge, etc.
in Philippines, ensuring Huawei provide the best solution and service. Organizing and analyzing satisfaction survey about Solar, BESS and DCF to improve Huawei’s service quality. . Organizing weekly report with the project team member in Huawei Philippines, Asia Pacific region and China headquarter for the progress of business operation and to coordinate the resources needed for on-site support.
Routine risk assessment, tracking and management in Solar, BESS and DCF projects and work with the Huawei and clients’ team to mitigate or reduce the risk.
Qualifications/Requirements- With Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 5 to 10 years of work experience
- Expertise in Solar and ESS solution, data center facility solution and EV charging solution, Business consulting and design for Digital Power industry
- Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients.
