Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead field personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address operational concerns
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Handle manpower scheduling, attendance monitoring, and deployment of field personnel
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven experience in handling and supervising field personnel is highly preferred.
- Background in Operations from industries such as:
- Supermarkets
- Distribution
- Logistics
