Role Summary:
This role involves ensuring a financing or lending company's compliance with laws and regulations, notably AML, Data Privacy, and SEC issuances. Key responsibilities include developing policies, managing regulatory reporting, implementing compliance programs, maintaining records, and conducting relevant training.The position also handles other compliance-related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations applicable to financing and lending companies, such as, but not limited to AML, Data Privacy, issuances by the SEC.
- Develop and create policies and manuals in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparation, submission, and monitoring of regulatory reports with the AMLC, SEC, and NPC.
- Develop compliance program and perform compliance testing.
- Create and maintain database of compliance reports.
- Develop materials for AML and Data Privacy trainings and conduct trainings on such subjects.
- Other responsibilities and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years work experience in compliance, risk, or audit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
