Virtual Assistant / Lead Generator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who specializes in Instagram lead generation to help grow our audience and customer base through smart, strategic outreach. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads directly through Instagram DMs and comments — all while staying true to our brand’s voice.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Instagram DM outreach to potential leads
• Engage with targeted users through likes, comments, and story interactions
• Track leads in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Maintain a consistent tone that reflects our brand (friendly, confident, and professional)
• Monitor responses and follow up as needed
• Report weekly performance and feedback

Requirements:

• Experience with Instagram lead generation (DM outreach, engagement tactics, hashtag targeting)
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent
• Able to follow scripts and adapt messaging when needed
• Stable internet connection and personal device
• Available 20 to 40 hours per week
