Mepf cad operator (project site based)
About the role
SHINRYO (PHILIPPINES) COMPANY, INC.' is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join our team in Metro Manila and sites in nearby provinces. As a CAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) Engineering drafting, utilizing your expertise in computer-aided design to support the successful delivery of our engineering projects.
What you'll be doing- Prepare the shop drawings for submission and for site implementation.
- Prepare the master shop drawing list in coordination with the project manager and site engineer.
- Check and incorporate all the necessary structural drawings, architectural drawings and drawings of other trades in the preparation of Shinryo’ shop drawing to avoid possible conflicts at site during installation.
- Include inputs from site engineers regarding condition.
- Control the numbering of drawings and implement a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and referencing.
- Report to the CAD Team Leader all site concerns, problems and progress status.
- Help achieve objectives and compliance of the construction industry in relation to quality and standard.
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of MEPF engineering drafting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Familiarity with engineering design processes and project management.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Willing to relocate to Cavite, Laguna and Metro Manila.
