Maintenance Crew

Required Experience/Skills:

Must have at least one (1) year of experience as maintenance crew. Specializes maintenance and minor repairs of the facilities in the plant.

Essential Functions:

• Perform welding, machining, and carpentry work as needed.
• Conduct minor electrical and mechanical repairs on plant equipment.
• Install, align, and balance new equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Carry out building maintenance and minor repairs, including plumbing, flooring, and structural fixes.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping tools and materials properly stored.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Strong understanding of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of motor technology and its applications in plant operations.
• Basic knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in repairs and structural maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in welding and masonry work.
