Job Responsibilities

As an Office/Admin Assistant for Tableware Products, you will provide vital clerical, operational, and administrative support directly to the Head of Tableware Sales and the broader sales team. This role is highly focused on documentation, digital tracking, and day-to-day office coordination to ensure seamless division workflows.

  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain, organize, and archive physical and digital files, price lists, contracts, and product catalogs for the tableware division.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Encode sales data, update client registries, and prepare regular summary reports as requested by the Head of Tableware Sales.
  • Sample Coordination: Manage the logging, packing, and dispatching of tableware product samples (ceramics, glassware, flatware) to clients, and track their return or status.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a reliable liaison between Tableware Sales, Logistics, and Accounting departments to pass along orders, invoices, and delivery requests.
  • General Clerical Tasks: Handle daily office operations including scanning, photocopying, sorting incoming correspondence, and answering basic telephone or chat inquiries.
  • Ad-Hoc Errands & Assistance: Perform operational errands and field tasks as assigned by the department head to support active account management and sales presentations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Open to Fresh Graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in:
  • Business Administration / Office Administration
  • Hospitality Management / Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)
  • Communication / Entrepreneurship
  • Any related business or vocational course that emphasizes office management.
  • Experience: No prior corporate experience required; internship experience in an office, clerical, or customer service setting is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer operations and productivity tools (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace equivalents).
  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling paperwork, and willing to execute ad-hoc administrative or field errands.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino to effectively coordinate with internal departments.
