About the role

Yngen Datacom Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support (Open for Fresh Graduate) to join our dynamic Information and Communication Technology team. This is a full-time position based in San Pedro City, Laguna. As an IT Support professional, you will be at the forefront of our technical operations, providing essential support to end-users and ensuring our systems run smoothly.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their career in IT support, gain practical experience, and develop a strong foundation in help desk and technical support services.

Key responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network-related issues
Document all support tickets and maintain detailed records of issues reported and resolutions provided
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations as directed
Support the deployment of new equipment and user onboarding processes
Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate complex technical issues
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude whilst supporting users across all departments
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base resources

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong foundational knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and basic networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and patient manner
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when required
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with ticketing systems and IT support tools (training will be provided)
A keen willingness to learn and develop technical expertise within the IT support field
Possesses a valid driver's license and willingness to work in shifting schedules
