JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Division Head and/or Immediate Supervisor, performs technical and administrative support services functions related in the areas of general services such as accounts/records/transportation/contract management, among others; and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the review, development/enhancement and implementation of administrative plans, programs, policies, standards and guidelines related to General Services Division – Transportation Management Section (GSD-TMS) Motorpool Unit.
- Prepares communications, proposals, concept papers and other research documents pertaining to GSD – TMS Motorpool Unit;
- Assists in the conduct of annual and periodic documentation of the Section;
- Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to general services such as accounts/records/transport/building and grounds/contract management, among others.
- Prepares periodic and annual reportorial requirements including the inventory of documents and vehicles for submission to the Director of Administrative Service; and
- Submits reports, regular or special, as required; and
- Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.

- Reports, Proposals, Concept Paper, Resolutions and other research documents;
- Guidelines, Policies;
- Monitoring Tools related to general services; and
- Other reports as may be required.
