Main Responsibilities
- Assist members with cooperative transactions and inquiries
- Assist in HR functions
- Process membership applications, payments, and records
- Handle cash collections and prepare daily reports
- Maintain accurate files and cooperative documents
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks
- Promote cooperative services and programs to members
- Coordinate with officers and staff regarding member concerns
- Ensure proper customer service and transaction handling
- At least college level or graduate of any business-related course
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge in bookkeeping or office procedures
- Honest, organized, and dependable
- Computer literate and advanced in Excel functions such like Vlookup, Pivot
