About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

1. Operating and monitoring a range of industrial machines to manufacture products
2. Conducting pre-operational checks and ensuring machines are properly set up and functioning
3. Adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
4. Identifying and reporting any machine issues or maintenance needs
5. Collaborating with the production team to meet daily output targets
6. Maintaining accurate production records and logs
7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes

1. At least 1-12 months of experience in a similar machine operator role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
2. Proficient in operating a variety of industrial machines and equipment
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
4. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
7. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
