Quality Control Assurance Supervisor

Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan (On-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Assurance Supervisor to lead quality inspection processes and ensure compliance with zero-defect standards in a plastic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Supervisory role (plastic manufacturing preferred)
• Proficient in measuring tools such as Caliper and Micrometer
• Knowledgeable in plastic resin properties
• Strong decision-making skills and high attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inspection checklists and quality standards
• Supervise QC inspectors and evaluate finished goods
• Conduct stress and product durability testing
• Manage rejected items and oversee disposition (repair/recycle)
• Handle customer complaints and issue corrective action reports
• Stop production or shipments when quality standards are not met
