Accounts Payable Specialist | Work From Home

• Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute payments (via bank transfer, checks, or other methods)
• Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile statements
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or payment issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Support ad hoc finance-related tasks as needed
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
• Reliability, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential financial information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Willingness to work the night shift (Philippine time) to support US-based clients.
