Manila - Production Supervisor (Plastic Manufacturing)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

• Ensure the machinery is functional
• Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
• Lead team members Track metrics
• Ensures that standard quantity per shift is achieved in conformance to the established quality requirements. Cycle time are monitored, rejection and spoilage rate are being checked and downtimes analyzed in order to meet company objectives.

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• With at least 2 years experience in Plastic Manufacturing industry
• 2+ year supervisory experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge in Microsoft AX, power BI and lean manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, leadership skills and has initiative
