Job Summary
Employee Benefits & Engagement HR Specialist is responsible for administering and enhancing employee benefits programs while developing initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture. This role ensures employees clearly understand and effectively access their benefits, and that engagement activities align with company values, HR policies, and business objectives.The specialist acts as a key liaison between employees, management, and external vendors to support workforce satisfaction, retention, and overall employee experience.

Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of:
- Employee benefits programs (e.g., Leave benefits & Statutory benefits)
- Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements related to employee benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Knowledge of employee engagement frameworks, surveys, and metrics.
- Ability to analyze HR data related to benefits usage, employee satisfaction, and engagement trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address benefits-related issues and engagement gaps.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Creative mindset for developing engagement activities, campaigns, and programs.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Employee-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably HR or related discipline
- 4-5 years of experience in HR or Administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Form, Excel), Canva
- Basic skills in poster design, photo editing, and video editing
