Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. They manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for all candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find top talent.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviews, selection, and candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with other employees within HR and outside HR collaborate in relation to Talent Acquisition initiatives/ projects.

Screening & Interviews:

  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the role and company culture.

Candidate Experience:

  • Maintain a seamless and engaging recruitment experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

Process & Strategy Improvement:

  • Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as a great place to work through social media and career events.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Implement hiring strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
  • Submission of hiring metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure hiring practices align with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledgeable with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other sourcing/recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
  • Preferably with Insurance industry -specific hiring experience (Sales, Distribution Agency, Operations, and Finance).
