Cost Controller
Responsible for cost planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting for a large-scale data centre construction project.
Job Requirements- BS in Accountancy/BS in Management Accounting/BS in Finance/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management(especially if the candidate is deeply involved in project costing for construction)
- 5–10+ years cost control experience
- Background in data centre, oil & gas, or construction (APAC Project experience preferred)
- Strong Excel and project tools knowledge (Primavera, SAP)
- Strong English communication skills
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans
- Track actuals vs forecast and perform variance analysis
- Prepare cost reports and dashboards
- Review contractor invoices and change orders
- Identify cost risks and mitigation measures
- Support audits and governance compliance
- Salary: based on experience and skillsets
