Key Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term and short-term social media campaigns that support business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, etc.).
- Content Creation & Optimization:

- Develop and implement a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts.
- Leverage digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing) to optimize social media content for greater reach and impact.
- Work with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce engaging, platform-specific content.
- Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Manage and execute paid campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize ad creatives, and adjust budgets to improve ROI.
- Analyze ad performance (click-through rates, conversions, lead generation) and adjust strategies based on results.
- Work with the digital marketing team to align paid social media ads with SEO and search engine marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with the broader digital marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Implement cross-channel strategies, using social media to complement paid search, email campaigns, and other digital tactics.
- Ensure social media campaigns are optimized for lead generation and e-commerce, if applicable.
- Monitor traffic and conversions coming from social media, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure performance.
- Generate actionable insights from data to continually refine social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Regularly report on social media KPIs to upper management and stakeholders, adjusting campaigns based on performance.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Act as the brand’s voice, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build a loyal online community.
- Monitor sentiment and customer feedback on social media, collaborating with customer service and PR teams as needed.
- Influencer & Partnership Management:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products or services.
- Manage influencer campaigns, ensuring they align with brand values and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and partners, tracking performance and ensuring ROI.
- Campaigns & Promotions:
- Design, implement, and track social media promotions, contests, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to coordinate email campaigns, landing pages, and ads for integrated promotions.
- Analyze promotional campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles, as well as content marketing.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not required).
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
