Treasury Officer
IDGC Quezon City Full-time
Ensures accuracy and completeness of IDGC banks and other financial services agencies/gateways financial transactions.
- Ensures the completeness of required supporting documents and the proper review and approval of all bank and financial services/gateways financial disbursement transactions.
- Performs daily or regular account analysis and reconciliation to ensure that bank, financial gateways, and gaming software data entries and account balances are correct, accurate, and in sync.
- Coordinates with the various units for the proper resolution of bank, financial gateways and transaction reconciliation items or issues.
- Performs daily and monthly bank and other financial agencies / gateways cash flow and balances reporting,
- Ensures that all disbursements are adequately covered with immediately available funds.
- Prepares documentation and processes for review and approval of payments and remittances of PAGCOR share, operator fees, and BIR franchise tax based on GGR on time to meet the scheduled deadlines.
- Prepares documentation and processes for review and approval of financial entries to record bank and other financial agencies/gateway transactions.
- Prepare documentations, processes for review and approval of financial entries to record Gaming Revenues and Costs of Gaming such as Collection Fees, Withdrawals Fee, Winning’s payments, 25% PAGCOR Share, Operator Fees, 5% Franchise Fee.etc.,
- Assists in the development and implementation of relevant treasury internal controls, processes and reporting.
- Process monthly billings
- In-Charge of petty cash monitoring
- Performs other treasury related works which are assigned by Immediate Supervisor from time to time.
