About the role
Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager - Innovations. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovative brand strategies and initiatives to drive growth for our established product lines.

- Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned product lines
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends to inform brand strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to optimise marketing initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of brand reports, presentations and proposals
- Contribute to the ideation and development of new product concepts and brand extensions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- At least 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
