Job Description

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, emotional, and social well-being.
• Organize and implement guidance programs, seminars, and career development activities.
• Conduct student assessments and maintain confidential counseling records.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and teachers regarding student concerns.
• Organize and maintain the student individual files;
• Regularly submit reports on Monthly Accomplishments and Post Activity Report/s;
• Performs other duties in conjunction with corporation counselors &/or assigned by principal

• Experience in school counseling, student affairs, or discipline management preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field.
• Experience in academic advising, personal counseling, career counseling, and social-emotional development of students at various grade level ( Elementary, Junior High School)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
• High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Open for fresh graduates
