Inventory Analyst (Muntinlupa)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Analyst, Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring efficient inventory management within the warehouse. This role is responsible for monitoring stock movement, ensuring timely replenishment, conducting cycle counts, and supporting the accuracy and organization of warehouse inventory.

The position requires strong coordination with warehouse personnel to minimize discrepancies and optimize inventory control.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Control & Accuracy
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling variances.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation, and other inventory management best practices.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and potential stock shortages.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement inventory control improvements.
Stock Replenishment & Organization
  • Ensure the timely replenishment of picking and storage locations based on demand and warehouse capacity.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and organization for better accessibility and efficiency.
  • Support inbounding operations by verifying received stock and ensuring accurate put-away procedures.
  • Assist in system updates to reflect stock movements and transfers accurately.
Warehouse Inventory Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic data entry and reporting.
  • Generate inventory status reports, highlighting discrepancies, slow-moving stock, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support inventory audits by ensuring compliance with standard inventory procedures and reporting any irregularities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to forecast inventory needs and reduce overstock or stockouts.
Dispatch & Order Fulfillment Support
  • Ensure stock is clustered, sorted, and prepared efficiently for dispatch according to schedules.
  • Work closely with the Dispatch and Fulfillment teams to resolve any inventory-related discrepancies affecting order fulfillment.
  • Maintain post-dispatch reports and track inventory adjustments related to order cancellations and returns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or related field
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools
  • Proficiency in basic data entry and Microsoft Excel for inventory reporting
  • Willing to work daily on site in Muntinlupa (Monday-Saturday)
