Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through referrals, cold calls, or marketing efforts.
  • Sales Presentations:
Educate prospects on products or services, highlighting benefits and features through presentations, demos, and calls.
  • Negotiation:
Discuss pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, working to close deals and secure sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets, and track sales activity and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Administrative Tasks:

Prepare sales reports, manage sales activities in a CRM system, and process orders and contracts.
