The role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join the team at Ceragold Trading and Services Corporation in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to our customers within the local area.This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
Key responsibilities- Safely operate a delivery van or light truck to transport and deliver packages and goods to customers
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Load and unload vehicles in a careful manner to prevent damage to goods
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the fleet management team
- Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Physical fitness and stamina to load/unload vehicles and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity withinMetro Manila area is preferred
