About the Role We’re looking for energetic, confident, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Rep - Outbound Calls, Entry Level/ Fresh Grads. In this role, you'll be connecting with clients and partner networks, over the phone or chat, helping us qualify leads and scheduling seminars or booking follow-ups on document requirements.

This is a great opportunity for entry-level professionals with at least 3-6 months experience or fresh graduates who want to further gain hands-on experience in communications, project-based tasks, and real-world customer engagement. What You’ll

• Make outbound calls and messages to potential leads (i.e., Broker, Agents, or

• Introduce our offerings clearly and confidently using a call script
• Guide clients and partners to complete their accreditation or homebuying

• Qualify leads based on interest, need, and readiness
• Record key information from each call/message accurately in our system
• Coordinate with the internal departments for follow-ups
• Hit daily or weekly targets related to calls, leads, and engagements
• Attend team meetings, coaching, and performance check-ins
• Render overtime work when required, especially during high-volume days
• Stay updated with company processes, updates, and FAQs
• Maintain a positive and respectful tone with every interactions

• With at least 3-6 months experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply – no experience required
• Comfortable speaking to people and carrying conversations
• Can follow a script but also think on their feet
• Willing to learn and open to feedback
• Can focus on routine tasks and deliver consistently
• Familiar with basic tools (Google Sheets, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
• Available full-time for 3 months with opportunity to be full-time
• Amenable to render overtime work if needed
