IT Infrastructure Administrator

• Location: Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP), Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna
• Full-time - Onsite (Monday-Friday)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level servers, systems, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our operations.

• Install, configure, and administer production servers, file servers, application servers, and email systems
• Ensure stable computer operations and IT services across the organization
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and recommend improvements
• Assist in upgrading and installing new system hardware and software
• Coordinate integration of new systems and applications into the current IT environment
• Manage system access, backup, and recovery of critical data
• Provide user support and training as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, access permissions, and maintenance schedules
• Deliver infrastructure services in storage, networking, load balancing, network security, virtualization, and monitoring using SNMP

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Sophos
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA are a plus
• Strong background in hardware/software installation, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience with virtual machines and virtualized infrastructures
• Proficient in storage provisioning, RAID configuration, data backup, and disaster recovery
• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills for system performance optimization
• Experience in scripting and technical documentation

Must be willing to work full on-site in Biñan, Laguna

• Server Administration: VMWare, Windows Server, DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Linux
• Backup & Recovery: Veeam, Native Backup (e.g., MS SQL)
• Networking: Cisco, HP, SAN Switch
• Storage Solutions: NAS (Synology), SANs (HP MSA)
