The work:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Your typical day will involve developing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet business process design and application requirements.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
