- Answer queries from members and provider regarding medical claims, coverage, hospitalization both in English and Bahasa (Calls, Email & Chat)
- Adhere to the department's target of 24 hours response time for all written correspendence
- Multi-tasking of assigned daily workload as well as ad hoc assignments
- Become an expert in product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients in a timely manner
- Assist the in-house medical team in coordinating client`s hospital admissions, repatriations, evacuations and other cases as required
- Previous Call Center experience in a Bilingual Role is required
- At least 1 year experience in a Bahasa/Bilingual role is required
- Can work with minimal supervision and can work with deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati for the first 6 months
- Fluent English and Bahasa
